Yukgaejang is a representative Korean spicy beef soup dish with a deep, rich broth flavor.

A broth with a deep, savory flavor is made by boiling Korean beef brisket or shank for a long time, and a generous amount of red pepper powder is added to complete the soup with a spicy yet deep flavor.

The combination of softly shredded beef, crunchy bean sprouts, fragrant green onions, chewy bracken, and soft taro stems adds to the pleasure of eating. The refreshing and tangy broth has the appeal of making you want to keep eating spoonful after spoonful.

Storage & Consumption

  • Please refrigerate the product immediately after delivery.
  • Store at 0–5°C and consume within 5 days of receipt for best quality.
  • Do not refreeze. Allow the product to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before cooking.

Shipping Information

  • Orders placed before Tuesday 12:00 PM will be delivered on Wednesday.
    Orders placed before Thursday 12:00 PM will be delivered on Friday.
  • Same-day delivery is standard, but delivery may take 1–2 business days depending on location.
  • Perishable items are shipped in refrigerated and insulated packaging.

Refunds & Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for perishable goods.
  • If your order is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the box will be left safely, and a delivery confirmation SMS will be sent.
