This is a traditional Korean kimchi that has a savory flavor and subtle sweetness from aged seasoning, and the texture of green onions and spicy seasoning blend exquisitely in your mouth.

Storage & Consumption

  • Please refrigerate the product immediately after delivery.
  • Store at 0–5°C and consume within 5 days of receipt for best quality.
  • Do not refreeze. Allow the product to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before cooking.

Shipping Information

  • Orders placed before Monday 17:00 PM will be delivered on Wednesday.
    Orders placed before Wednesday 17:00 PM will be delivered on Friday.
  • Same-day delivery is standard, but delivery may take 1–2 business days depending on location.
  • Perishable items are shipped in refrigerated and insulated packaging.

Refunds & Returns

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for perishable goods.
  • If your order is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, the box will be left safely, and a delivery confirmation SMS will be sent.
